It's important to note that all payments received are considered final. We operate under a strict no-refund policy, which we believe is fair to all parties involved. Once a service or product is purchased, there will be no refunds or exchanges. No refunds or reschedules will be offered or given for no-show or no-call appointments.
We require an appointment confirmation within 1-3 days of a scheduled appointment, otherwise the appointment is not guaranteed and may be given away to another person. Payments received are considered final. No refunds will be issued. We require 24 hour notice, from your scheduled appointment date, in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. We cannot guarantee your rescheduled appointment will fall within the preferred dates/times listed in your appointment request form. If we do not receive 24 hours notice, in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, your request will be considered a new appointment and subject to standard scheduling procedure.
